Toys for Tots isn’t just a program—it’s a mission close to the heart of the Marines in the CW02 James W. Randolph Detachment 1465. And like every mission, it begins and ends at home—our home, Rockwall County. Under the leadership of Marine Jeff Skinner, we hold fast to our promise: to lead with integrity, to keep our word, and to never lose sight of why we serve—for the kids. Every dollar, every toy, every ounce of support stays right here, helping children in Rockwall County.

At its core, Toys for Tots is simple: we collect new, unwrapped toys and place them in the hands of children who might otherwise go without. But what it delivers is far greater—a spark of joy, a reminder that someone cares, and a message of hope at Christmas.

This movement doesn’t come from the top down. It comes from neighbors, small businesses, churches, and families all standing shoulder to shoulder with one mindset: One Team, One Mission. What began with a few Marines has grown into a true community effort, proving year after year that when Rockwall comes together, hope multiplies—and no child is forgotten.
